Shipping & Returns:

We provide free shipping for all Autel products within the contiguous United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

Delivery times vary based on your location, product availability, and the timing of your order, usually between 3 to 8 business days. We partner with dependable carriers to guarantee timely delivery of your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days following order confirmation/payment. Orders placed over the weekend may encounter a slight delay.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses.

Order Tracking

An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (which will become active within 24 hours). Please be aware that during events or holidays, this process may take longer.

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Should you experience any issues with tracking your package, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will address the matter within 72 hours.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if you reach out to us promptly after your purchase. Should your payment be complete and your parcel not yet dispatched, you have the option to cancel prior to the delivery of your item, and we will issue a full refund.

Once the parcel has been shipped, however, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of placing your order, offering ample time for decision-making. Initially, please reach out to us via email at sales@ecorevpower.com.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Products that have been used or activated.

Refund requests made after the refund period has expired.

Damage or loss caused by customer's personal reasons.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Price matching for previous purchases.

General Return Process

Initiate a return: To initiate a return, send us an email at sales@ecorevpower.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. We will let you know if your item is eligible for return within three business days.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight.

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

Cash on Delivery (COD) products are also not accepted under any conditions. And we will not accept any returns without first obtaining return approval from us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

The refund amount will be based on the actual price paid by the customer at the time of purchase, regardless of subsequent discounts or promotions. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 10 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@ecorevpower.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost, if there was one.
